Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Step 2: Grease your 9x13-inch baking pan with vegetable oil or cooking spray.
Step 3: In a large mixing bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until well incorporated.
Step 4: Gently fold in the semisweet chocolate chips.
Step 5: Scatter the cubed salted butter over the top of the batter.
Step 6: Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Step 7: Cool on a cooling rack for at least 15 minutes, then slice into squares.
