Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Press firmly into the bottom of the lined baking dish. Bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
Pour sweetened condensed milk over the baked crust, then sprinkle chocolate chips, coconut, and pecans over the top.
In a double boiler or microwave-safe bowl, melt Kraft Caramels with heavy cream, stirring until smooth.
Drizzle the melted caramel over the layered ingredients in the baking dish.
Bake the bars for an additional 25-30 minutes until edges are bubbly and top is golden.
Allow to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes, then lift out and cut into squares.
