Caramilk Cookies

These Caramilk Cookies are chewy, soft, and filled with delicious caramel sweetness!

Ingredients

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour or gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond milk)
  • 1 cup Caramilk baking chips or chopped Caramilk chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Baking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • Step 3: In another bowl, mix the white sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until well combined. Add in the vanilla extract and milk, mixing until smooth.
  • Step 4: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  • Step 5: Fold in the Caramilk baking chips and optional chocolate chips.
  • Step 6: Use a spoon or cookie scoop to drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 7: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  • Step 8: Allow to cool before enjoying.
