  • 2 cups Self-Rising Flour
  • 1.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 0.5 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese sharp
  • 2 Scallions finely chopped

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the self-rising flour with the grated cheddar cheese. Stir well.
  • Step 3: Pour in the heavy whipping cream and mix until just combined.
  • Step 4: Gently fold in the finely chopped scallions.
  • Step 5: Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and pat down to about 1-inch thickness. Cut out biscuits.
  • Step 6: Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Step 7: Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving warm.
