Ingredients

For the Flat Breads:

  • 2 flat breads flat breads (10 inches, or a French loaf, cut in half lengthwise)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon pepper (or to taste)

Instructions

Method:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). This will ensure that your flat breads cook evenly and become perfectly crispy.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Add in the sour cream, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined and creamy.
  • Step 3: Place your flat breads on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a spatula to spread the cheesy mixture generously over each flat bread, making sure to cover the surface evenly.
  • Step 4: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown. Keep an eye on them to avoid burning.
  • Step 5: Once baked, remove the cheesy flat breads from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes. This will help the cheese set a bit, making them easier to cut and serve.
  • Step 6: Using a sharp knife, slice the flat breads into wedges or squares. Serve warm and enjoy the cheesy goodness with your favorite dips or sauces!
