Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 lb chicken tenders
  • 1 package French's fried onions crushed (2.8 oz)
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 pcs eggs lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1/4 cup flour

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, mayonnaise, and water. Whisk until smooth.
  • Step 3: Take each chicken tender and dip it into the flour, shaking off any excess. Then immerse it in the egg mixture.
  • Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix together the crushed French fried onions, grated parmesan cheese, panko bread crumbs, and garlic powder.
  • Step 5: Press each coated chicken tender into the onion mixture until well-coated.
  • Step 6: Place the coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
