  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Step 2: Prepare the Dough - On a lightly floured surface, roll out your pizza dough to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3: Brush with Olive Oil - Drizzle olive oil over the surface of the dough and spread it evenly to help create a crispy crust.
  • Step 4: Spread the Ricotta - Dollop ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving some space around the edges for the crust.
  • Step 5: Add the Chicken and Artichokes - Layer shredded chicken and quartered artichoke hearts evenly over the ricotta.
