Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 5 pieces flour tortillas
  • 1 package Caesar salad kit (11.5-ounce)
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 piece tomato
  • 10 pieces frozen crispy chicken strips (or rotisserie chicken)

Instructions

Instructions

  • Step 1: Cook the Chicken - If you’re using frozen crispy chicken strips, cook them according to the package instructions. This usually involves baking them in the oven until they are golden brown and crispy. If you’re using rotisserie chicken, shred the meat into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
  • Step 2: Prepare the Veggies - While the chicken cooks, wash and slice your avocado and tomato. Aim for slices that are easy to layer in your wrap.
  • Step 3: Mix the Salad Kit - In a large mixing bowl, combine the contents of the Caesar salad kit. This typically includes the lettuce, dressing, and any toppings like croutons or cheese. Toss everything together until well coated.
  • Step 4: Assemble the Wrap - On a clean surface, lay out a flour tortilla. Start by adding a generous scoop of the Caesar salad mixture in the center of the tortilla, followed by a few slices of avocado and tomato. Top with the cooked chicken strips or shredded rotisserie chicken.
  • Step 5: Wrap It Up - Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it from the bottom up to create a tight wrap. You can secure it with a toothpick if needed.
  • Step 6: Serve and Enjoy - Slice the wrap in half diagonally and serve immediately. Enjoy your Chicken Caesar Wrap with some extra dressing on the side for dipping!

Notes

  • Feel free to use gluten-free tortillas for a gluten-free version.
  • Substitute chicken with grilled tofu for a vegetarian option.
  • Store assembled wraps in the fridge for 2-3 days, but they taste best fresh.
