Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (chopped)
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 2/3 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
  • 1/2 cup croutons
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad dressing
  • black pepper (freshly ground, to taste)
  • 5 large flour tortillas

Instructions

Preparation

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Chop the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces, wash and chop the romaine lettuce, and halve the cherry tomatoes. Grate the parmesan cheese if you haven't already.
  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, grated parmesan cheese, and croutons. Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and gently toss everything together until well coated. Season with freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Assembly

  • Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous amount of the Chicken Caesar filling onto the center of the tortilla, leaving some space at the edges for easy wrapping.
  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll from the bottom up, tucking in the filling as you go. Make sure it’s tightly wrapped so that nothing falls out.
  • Slice the wrap in half diagonally for a beautiful presentation, or serve it whole. You can add extra parmesan or croutons on the side for a delightful crunch.

Equipment

  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp Knife
  • Large Bowl
  • Serving Platter

Notes

  • These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can be prepared in advance.
  • Store any leftover filling in an airtight container for up to two days.
  • Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
