In a mixing bowl, combine cubed chicken with minced garlic, chopped jalapeno, salt, ground cumin, cayenne pepper, garam masala, minced ginger, lemon juice, and a pinch of cinnamon. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes until cooked through. Set aside.
In the same skillet, add tomato sauce, heavy cream, and yogurt. Stir and simmer for 5 minutes. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
Preheat oven to 475°F (245°C), placing the pizza stone inside if using.
Roll out the pizza crust and transfer it to a baking sheet or pizza peel. Brush with olive oil and spread the sauce mixture over the base. Top with cooked chicken, sliced onions, and mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
Garnish with chopped cilantro. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
