Ingredients
1cupchopped walnuts
2cupscubed or shredded cooked chicken
1/2cupminced celery
1cuphalved grapes
1cupfirm, sweet diced apples
1/2cupplain Greek yogurt
1/4cupmayonnaise
1smalllemonjuiced
1teaspoonkosher salt
1/2teaspoonpepper
Instructions
Gather all your ingredients. Chop the walnuts, mince the celery, and dice the apples into small pieces. Halve the grapes and set them aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, kosher salt, and pepper. Whisk until the dressing is smooth and creamy.
In a large bowl, add the cubed chicken, minced celery, halved grapes, diced apples, and chopped walnuts. Pour the dressing over the top and gently toss everything together until well coated.
