Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 5 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 2 cans sweetened condensed milk 28 ounces total
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate sprinkles optional

Instructions

  • Begin by preparing your baking pan. Line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Once melted, add the milk chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir continuously until smooth.
  • Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and dark chocolate chips. Mix until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and slice it into squares. Optionally, sprinkle chocolate sprinkles on top.
