Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 3 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • teaspoon Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Milk of choice Oat milk recommended
  • 2 tablespoons Maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon Pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Step 1: In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the old fashioned rolled oats, chia seeds, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt. Stir gently to make sure all the dry ingredients are well incorporated.
  • Step 2: In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step 3: Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well combined. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
