Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (regular or gluten-free)
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice (chocolate milk is highly recommended!)
  • 2-3 tsp peanut butter (or any nut or seed butter)
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2-3 tsp maple syrup or honey (or preferred sweetener)
  • Dash sea salt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients to make the process smoother.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, cocoa powder, and chia seeds (if using). Stir well.
  • Pour in your choice of milk, peanut butter, vanilla extract, and maple syrup or honey. Add a dash of sea salt.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until well combined, ensuring no dry clumps remain.
  • Spoon the mixture into a jar or airtight container for soaking overnight.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours) to allow the oats to absorb the liquid.
