Christmas Punch

This Christmas Punch is a holiday showstopper! A vibrant mix of limeade, cranberry-pomegranate juice, and Fresca for a refreshing festive drink.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen limeade from concentrate
  • 2 liters Fresca
  • 64 ounces cranberry-pomegranate juice
  • 4 limes thinly sliced
  • Fresh mint (optional, for garnish)
  • Pomegranate arils (optional, for garnish)
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Start by thawing the frozen limeade. You can do this by leaving it in the refrigerator for a few hours or letting it sit on the counter for about 30 minutes until it becomes soft.
  • In a large pitcher or bowl, combine the thawed limeade, cranberry-pomegranate juice, and Fresca. Stir gently to mix everything together.
  • Slice the limes thinly and add them to the punch. If you’re using fresh mint and pomegranate arils, toss them in as well for an extra festive touch.
  • Add ice to the mixture just before serving to keep it cool and refreshing. Pour the punch into individual glasses and garnish with more mint leaves or pomegranate arils if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t add too much ice too early to avoid diluting the punch; add it just before serving.
  • Mix ingredients gently to preserve the fizz from the Fresca.
