Ingredients

  • 4 pieces chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic pressed
  • 1/4 cup green onions chopped

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pressed garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
  • Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast. Be sure not to cut all the way through.
  • Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture. Press the edges of the chicken breast together to seal the filling inside.
  • Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning generously over each stuffed chicken breast.
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Once baked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
