In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, pressed garlic, and chopped green onions. Mix until fully blended and smooth.
Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast. Be sure not to cut all the way through.
Fill each pocket with the cream cheese mixture. Press the edges of the chicken breast together to seal the filling inside.
Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning generously over each stuffed chicken breast.
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Once baked, remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
