  • 2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Start by preheating your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) to ensure even cooking.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the seasoned gnocchi and toss again for an even coating.
  • Place the gnocchi in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 400°F (200°C) for about 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  • Check for a golden-brown color. If desired, add an extra 2-3 minutes for additional crispiness.
