Ingredients

For the Potato Wedges:

  • 3 russet potatoes (about 1 1/2 pounds)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • to taste parsley, sea salt, additional parmesan cheese for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Prepare the Potatoes - Wash the russet potatoes thoroughly. You can peel them if preferred, then cut them into wedges.
  • Step 2: Season the Wedges - In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, paprika, onion powder, and minced garlic. Toss the potato wedges in the mixture until coated.
  • Step 3: Add Cheese - Sprinkle in grated parmesan cheese and toss to coat the wedges.
  • Step 4: Preheat the Air Fryer - Preheat your air fryer to around 400°F.
  • Step 5: Cook the Wedges - Place the seasoned wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Step 6: Garnish and Serve - Once golden brown, remove from the air fryer, garnish with parmesan cheese and parsley, and serve hot.
