  • Step 2: Make the Coating - In a mixing bowl, combine the Creole seasoning, lemon zest, and egg. Whisk until blended.
  • Step 3: Coat the Cauliflower - Toss cauliflower florets in the egg mixture, then sprinkle with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Step 4: Bake the Cauliflower - Spread coated cauliflower on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake for about 25 minutes.
  • Step 5: Prepare the Sauce - Mix mayo, mustard, minced garlic, paprika, and hot sauce until smooth.
  • Step 6: Toast the Baguette - Slice and lightly toast the baguette pieces until golden.
