- Begin by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat for easy cleanup and to prevent sticking. 
- Peel two large sweet potatoes and cut them into evenly sized fries—aim for about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick for uniform cooking. 
- Place the sweet potato fries in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper if using. Toss until fries are well coated. 
- Spread fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, avoiding overcrowding to ensure crispiness. 
- Bake for 15 minutes, then flip each fry using tongs or a spatula. Bake for another 10-15 minutes until fries are golden and crisp on the edges but tender inside. 
- Remove from oven and let fries cool slightly to crisp up more. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish.
