Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Add the shrimp and toss until coated.
In a separate bowl, mix the Italian bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
Dip each shrimp into the breading mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated on both sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and the breading is golden brown.
Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
