Ingredients

  • 1 pound large raw shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until well mixed. Add the shrimp and toss until coated.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the Italian bread crumbs and grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Dip each shrimp into the breading mixture, ensuring it’s evenly coated on both sides. Place on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until cooked through and the breading is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven, cool slightly, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
