Ingredients

For the Pudding:

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ cup chia seeds (black or white)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, pour in 1 cup of oat milk. Add ½ cup of chia seeds and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
  • Using a whisk or a spoon, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Ensure that there are no clumps of chia seeds and that everything is combined evenly.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and let it sit for about 5 minutes. This allows the chia seeds to absorb the liquid and swell, creating that signature pudding-like texture.
  • After the initial 5 minutes, give the mixture another good stir to break up any clumps that may have formed.
  • Transfer the mixture into your storage container and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results. The longer it sits, the thicker it becomes!

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Whisk or spoon
  • Storage container

Notes

  • For a thicker pudding, use less oat milk or add more chia seeds.
  • If you prefer a sweeter pudding, feel free to adjust the amount of maple syrup.
  • This recipe can easily be doubled or halved, depending on how many servings you need.
