Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt drained
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix well.
  • Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 1 minute until smooth.
  • Divide the dough into 8 pieces, roll each into a rope, and tie into a knot.
  • Mix melted butter and crushed garlic in a small bowl.
  • Brush garlic butter over each knot and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
