Instructions
Begin by rinsing the fresh mint leaves under cool water to remove any dirt or debris. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
Using a sharp knife, finely chop the mint leaves and stems to ensure the flavors meld well together.
In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mint with the distilled vinegar and honey.
Pour in the hot boiling water to help release the aromatic oils from the mint.
