  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and corn syrup. Use a spatula to mix everything together until fully combined and a dough-like consistency forms.
  • Once your mixture is well combined, use your hands to form small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Refrigerate the peanut butter balls for at least 30 minutes, allowing them to firm up. This step is crucial for achieving the perfect texture.
  • While the balls are chilling, melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until smooth and fully melted.
  • Once the peanut butter balls are firm, you can either drizzle the melted chocolate over them or dip each ball into the chocolate completely. If you’re feeling extra festive, add some sprinkles on top before the chocolate sets.
