Ingredients

For the Pretzel Bites:

  • 1 tube (8 count) Grands Biscuits
  • 1 cup baking soda
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • to taste Kosher or pretzel salt

Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
  • Step 2: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Carefully add 1 cup of baking soda. Be cautious as the mixture will bubble up.
  • Step 3: Open the tube of Grands Biscuits and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
  • Step 4: Using a slotted spoon, gently place a few biscuit pieces into the boiling baking soda solution. Boil for about 30 seconds, turning halfway through. Remove with the slotted spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Step 5: Brush the boiled dough pieces generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with kosher or pretzel salt while they are still hot.
  • Step 6: Bake the pretzel bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
  • Step 7: Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite dips!
