Step 1: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
Step 2: In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Carefully add 1 cup of baking soda. Be cautious as the mixture will bubble up.
Step 3: Open the tube of Grands Biscuits and separate the biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters to create bite-sized pieces.
Step 4: Using a slotted spoon, gently place a few biscuit pieces into the boiling baking soda solution. Boil for about 30 seconds, turning halfway through. Remove with the slotted spoon and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 5: Brush the boiled dough pieces generously with melted butter. Sprinkle with kosher or pretzel salt while they are still hot.
Step 6: Bake the pretzel bites in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Step 7: Once baked, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm with your favorite dips!
