  • 1 cup Greek yogurt for tanginess and creaminess

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, grated Parmesan cheese, minced shallot, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix everything until well combined and creamy.
  • Taste your dip and adjust salt, pepper, or cayenne based on your preferences.
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving.
