  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt a pinch
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut optional

  • Step 1: Prepare Your Ingredients. Gather all your ingredients. If the pitted dates are dry, soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes and then drain.
  • Step 2: Blend the Base. In your food processor, combine the pitted dates, pepitas, and rolled oats. Pulse until the mixture is finely chopped and crumbly.
  • Step 3: Add the Creaminess. Add tahini, maple syrup, sea salt, and cinnamon to the food processor. Blend until the mixture forms a sticky dough.
  • Step 4: Incorporate the Coconut. If using shredded coconut, add it now and pulse until evenly distributed.
  • Step 5: Roll into Balls. Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a ball. Place on a baking sheet. Repeat until all mixture is used.
  • Step 6: Chill and Set. Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
