Ingredients

  • 2 cups Raw Cashew Nuts
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Medjool Dates
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries

Instructions

  • Start by gathering all your ingredients. Make sure to measure everything accurately for the best results.
  • In your food processor, add the raw cashew nuts and rolled oats. Pulse them together until they form a fine meal.
  • Next, add the Medjool dates and vanilla essence to the food processor. Process until the mixture becomes sticky and well-combined.
  • Add the sunflower seeds and frozen blueberries to the mixture. Pulse a few times to combine, ensuring the blueberries are evenly distributed without turning to mush.
  • Using your hands, take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate your bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up. Once chilled, they’re ready to enjoy!
