Place the chicken breasts in a large freezer-safe bag or container. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well coated. If you’re using fresh herbs, add them now. Seal the bag or container tightly.
Label the bag or container with the date and contents. Lay it flat in the freezer to save space and allow for even freezing.
When you’re ready to cook, preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Remove the chicken from the freezer and place it directly in a baking dish. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Baste with extra sauce halfway through for added flavor.
