French Bread Pizza (Baguette Pizza)

This French Bread Pizza is a crowd-pleaser! Crispy baguette topped with flavorful sauces, gooey cheese, and customizable toppings make it a must-try!

Ingredients

For the Pizza:

  • 2 pieces baguettes
  • 6 tbsp basil pesto
  • 6 tbsp tomato sauce
  • to taste pitted black olives, sliced
  • to taste pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
  • 7 pieces plum tomatoes, halved
  • to taste fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Step 2: Slice each baguette in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on a baking sheet.
  • Step 3: Spread 3 tablespoons of basil pesto on each baguette half, followed by 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce.
  • Step 4: Sprinkle sliced black olives and pepperoni on top, followed by a generous amount of grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Step 5: Place halved plum tomatoes cut-side up on the pizzas.
  • Step 6: Bake for about 12-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Step 7: Garnish with fresh basil leaves, slice, and serve hot!
