Start by preheating a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the seasoned chicken tenders to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low. Spread the refrigerated sour cream French onion dip evenly over the chicken tenders.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheddar cheese over the dip-covered chicken.
Place the skillet under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
Remove the skillet from the oven and sprinkle the French fried onions on top. Serve immediately.
