Ingredients

  • 16 oz refried beans
  • 9 oz Original Fritos, crushed divided
  • 11 oz can corn drained
  • 15.5 oz Tostitos Queso Blanco
  • 1 head iceberg or romaine lettuce diced (optional)
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese
  • 15.5 oz Tostitos Chunky or Restaurant Style Salsa
  • 9 oz Fritos Scoops for serving

Instructions

  • Start by spreading the 16 oz of refried beans evenly across the bottom of your 9x13-inch baking dish. Use a spatula to smooth it out, making sure it covers the entire base.
  • Next, sprinkle half of the 9 oz of crushed Original Fritos over the layer of refried beans. This will add a delightful crunch that contrasts with the creaminess of the beans.
  • Now, take the drained 11 oz can of corn and spread it evenly over the Fritos layer. The sweetness of the corn will complement the other flavors beautifully.
  • Gently pour the 15.5 oz of Tostitos Queso Blanco over the corn layer. Use a spatula to spread it out evenly, ensuring every bit of corn is covered in cheesy goodness.
  • If you’re using lettuce, sprinkle the diced lettuce over the queso layer. This adds a refreshing crunch and a pop of color to your dip.
  • Next, take the 2 cups of shredded Mexican blend or cheddar cheese and sprinkle it generously over the top. This will create a melty, cheesy layer that everyone will love.
  • Finally, pour the 15.5 oz of Tostitos Chunky or Restaurant Style Salsa over the cheese layer. Spread it gently to ensure an even distribution of salsa throughout the dip.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crushed Fritos on top of the salsa layer. This adds an extra crunch and makes for a beautiful presentation.
