Start by taking your frozen chicken wings out of the package. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss the frozen wings in the seasoning mixture until well coated.
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Place the seasoned wings in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook them for 25-30 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
While the wings are cooking, combine the melted butter, Frank's Original Hot Sauce, and brown sugar in a bowl. Mix until well combined.
Once the wings are done, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly. Serve immediately.
