Ingredients

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillets fresh
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons furikake

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each fillet.
  • Generously sprinkle the furikake over the coated salmon fillets.
  • Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
