Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, wasabi, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over each fillet.
Generously sprinkle the furikake over the coated salmon fillets.
Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the salmon from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
