Ingredients

Greek yogurt dough
base for the breadsticks
1/4
cup
butter
melted
3
tablespoons
garlic
minced
1/2
cup
shredded cheese
mozzarella or blend recommended
1
tablespoon
Italian seasoning
for flavor enhancement
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for even cooking.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, prepare Greek yogurt dough by mixing with self-rising flour until soft.
Step 3: Roll out the dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick on a floured surface.
Step 4: Cut the rolled dough into strips approximately 1 inch wide.
Step 5: Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and Italian seasoning.
Step 6: Place cut strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet and brush with garlic butter mixture, then sprinkle cheese on top.
Step 7: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
Step 8: Let cool slightly before serving warm with extra garlic butter for dipping.
