Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a wire rack on top.
Step 2: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels, then add baking powder, kosher salt, onion powder, black pepper, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss until evenly coated.
