Ingredients

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 3 bars Hershey's Bars chopped

  • Step 1: Preheat Your Oven - Begin by preheating your oven to 350°F (175°C). This ensures that your cookies bake evenly.
  • Step 2: Prepare Your Baking Sheet - Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper. This will help prevent the cookies from sticking and make for easy cleanup.
  • Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients - In a medium bowl, whisk together the graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon. Set this mixture aside.
  • Step 4: Cream Butter and Sugars - In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. This should take about 2-3 minutes of mixing.
  • Step 5: Add Eggs and Vanilla - Beat in the eggs, one at a time, ensuring each egg is fully incorporated before adding the next. Then, mix in the vanilla extract until well combined.
