Ingredients

  • 1 pound skinless salmon filet cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce low-sodium recommended
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 each lemon juice of one

Instructions

  • Begin by cutting your fresh salmon filet into 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the salmon cubes to taste.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Whisk until well blended.
  • Add the seasoned salmon cubes to the glaze, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Let it marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the marinated salmon cubes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Once cooked through and slightly caramelized, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and serve hot.
