Ingredients

  • 1 cup mango chunks frozen

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients including milk, Greek yogurt, frozen mango chunks, banana, ginger paste, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper.
  • In your blender, combine the milk and Greek yogurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the frozen mango chunks and banana to the blender and blend until fully combined.
  • Incorporate the ginger paste, turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper into the mixture.
  • Blend all the ingredients together on high until smooth. If too thick, add more milk to reach desired consistency.
  • Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup if desired.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass or mason jar and garnish with cinnamon or fresh mango slices.
