Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12-count)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, honey, corn syrup, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract, and heavy whipping cream. Whisk until smooth.
  • Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly coated.
  • Place the Hawaiian rolls in the 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Pour the topping over the rolls, covering them evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then flip onto a platter and serve warm.
