Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 large avocado mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk from a 14-ounce can
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (I used pecans)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Grease your 9x9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cake mix, mashed avocado, and egg. Mix until well combined.
  • Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, mixing until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  • Gently fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Allow the bars to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Cut into squares and serve.
