Instructions
Measure out 1/2 cup of uncooked popcorn kernels.
Place the popcorn kernels into a microwave-safe bowl.
Cover the bowl with a microwave-safe plate.
Microwave the bowl on high for about 2-4 minutes. Stop when there’s a pause of about 2 seconds between pops.
Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small dish in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave, drizzle melted butter over the popcorn, and sprinkle with salt. Toss to coat.
