  • Salt & pepper To taste
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Not extra virgin

Gravy Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 2 cups Beef broth

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients - Gather all your ingredients and grate the yellow onion until fine.
  • Step 2: Mix the Meat Mixture - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef (and beef if using), grated onion, breadcrumbs, egg, allspice, ginger, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
  • Step 3: Form the Meatballs - Shape the mixture into meatballs about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter and place on a baking sheet.
