Ingredients

For the Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce use gluten-free if needed

For the Salmon:

  • 4 6 oz salmon fillets skin-side down
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Cooking Instructions:

  • Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) for gentle cooking.
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine honey, pecans, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well combined.
  • Step 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the sheet.
  • Step 4: Spoon the glaze over each salmon fillet generously, reserving some for basting.
  • Step 5: Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily. Broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a crispy top.
  • Step 6: Let the salmon rest for a couple of minutes, then serve warm with remaining glaze.
