Begin by cutting the boneless, skinless chicken breast or thighs into bite-sized pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chicken pieces with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, 2 tablespoons of lime juice, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for about 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.
While the chicken is cooking, whisk together the ½ cup of chili crisp, ½ cup of honey, and 1 tablespoon of lime juice in a small bowl.
Once the chicken is cooked, reduce the heat to low and pour the glaze over the chicken in the skillet. Toss to coat and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Transfer the chicken bites to a serving platter and garnish with diced green onions. Serve warm.
