Ingredients

  • 6.25 ounces marinated artichoke hearts drained
  • 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream or half and half
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare the Spinach - Start by thawing your frozen spinach. Once thawed, squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or paper towels.
  • Step 2: Mix the Ingredients - In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained marinated artichoke hearts, chopped spinach, minced garlic, Romano cheese, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, heavy cream or half and half, and sour cream. Stir until well combined.
  • Step 3: Transfer to Baking Dish - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a medium-sized baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
  • Step 4: Bake the Dip - Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is bubbling and the top is golden brown.
  • Step 5: Serve and Enjoy - Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with your choice of tortilla chips, bread, or fresh vegetables for dipping.
