How to Bake Salmon in Foil

This baked salmon in foil is juicy, flavorful, and SO EASY! Perfect for a quick dinner or to impress guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet Fresh or thawed, preferably skin-on
  • 1 Tbsp avocado oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • to taste sea salt
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 lemon lemon thinly sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut a large piece of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long.
  • Place the salmon fillet in the center of the foil. Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle with paprika, dill, and salt, then add minced garlic and lemon slices on top.
  • Fold the sides of the foil over the salmon, creating a sealed pouch.
  • Place the wrapped salmon on the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Carefully unwrap the foil and serve the salmon on a plate.

Notes
