Ingredients

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup chia seeds (white or black)

Instructions

  • In your mixing bowl, pour in the 2 cups of unsweetened almond milk and add the 3 tablespoons of pure maple syrup. Whisk them together until the syrup is fully dissolved. Then, gradually add in the 2/3 cup of chia seeds, stirring well to prevent clumping.
  • Once everything is combined, allow the mixture to rest for about 5 to 10 minutes. Stir the mixture again to ensure that the chia seeds are evenly distributed.
  • Transfer your chia seed mixture into a jar or container with a lid. Refrigerate it for at least 2 hours, or ideally overnight. Before serving, give it a good stir and top it with your favorite fruits, nuts, or granola.
