  • 4-5 tablespoonMorton's Nature Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoonOilIf you are using spray oil measure with your heart!

Instructions

Instructions

  • Pat the 2 lb chicken wings dry with paper towels or a clean dish cloth; if you use a cloth, remove it from the kitchen immediately to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Place the wings in a large bowl.
  • Add 2 tablespoons oil (if you are using spray oil, measure with your heart!) and toss the wings until they are evenly coated.
  • Sprinkle 4–5 tablespoons Morton's Nature Seasoning over the wings and toss until the seasoning is distributed evenly. Use the full amount across the wings so they are well coated.
  • Arrange the seasoned wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between pieces for air circulation (cook in batches if needed).
  • If your air fryer recommends preheating, preheat it to 390°F.
  • Air fry at 390°F for 20 minutes.
  • Open the air fryer, flip or rotate the wings for even browning, then air fry at 390°F for an additional 10–20 minutes, depending on your air fryer and how crispy you want them (total cook time about 30–40 minutes).
  • Remove wings when they are crispy and cooked through. Let rest briefly, then serve.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Large Bowl

  • air fryer basket
